Senior Cybersecurity Risk & Privacy Consultant

Leonard Wills is a cybersecurity and data privacy compliance professional with nearly a decade of experience across the federal government and private sector. He helps organizations translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, audit-ready cybersecurity and privacy programs, and advises power facilities nationwide on compliance with the NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Standards. 


Leonard's work spans U.S. and international regulatory frameworks, including GLBA, SEC cybersecurity and disclosure requirements, COPPA, HIPAA, and data protection regulations across the Caribbean and Africa. Leonard provides strategic guidance on implementing NIST frameworks, including the Cybersecurity Framework, Privacy Framework, and AI Risk Management Framework. 


A recognized speaker, he has presented on AI governance at Baylor University and the Society of Information Risk Associates (SiRA), and publishes industry insights through the American Bar Association. He holds a law degree and industry certifications, including Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK), and eLearn Junior Penetration Tester (eJPT).
